The delivery time of your purchases from our site is usually 1-3 business days and the return period is 14 days.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you receive the Products or the date a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the delivered Products.

To exercise Your right to cancel, You must notify Us of Your decision in a clear statement. You can communicate Your decision to Us in the following ways:

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Products. The refund will be made via the payment method you used for the Order and there will be no charge for this refund.

Return Conditions

In order for the products to be eligible for return, please make sure that you meet the following conditions:

  • Products must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Products must be in original packaging.

The following Products cannot be returned:

  • Products manufactured or personalized according to your requirements.
  • Products that by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or expire.
  • Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
  • Products inextricably mixed with other products due to their nature after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, to return any product that does not meet the above return conditions.

Refunds are only available for regularly priced Products. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for discounted Products. This may not apply to you where not permitted by applicable law.

Return of Products

You return the Products to Us at Your own cost and risk. You must send the Products to:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. We therefore recommend that you use an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue refunds without proof of receipt of the goods by us or proof of return delivery.
