2. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receipt. However, the following conditions apply:

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging, labels and accessories.
  • Damaged, altered or used products cannot be returned.
  • Some products (e.g. personal use products or special edition products) can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Products that cannot be exchanged

  • We currently do not make product exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please create a new order.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by e-mail at info@doctorsilverion.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but recommended)
    • Photo for damaged goods (if available)

3. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs belong to the customer.
  • We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return.
  • Note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  • Once processed, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Unreimbursed Products

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
